Name:
Waterlilly
Age:
14 moons
Gender:
She-cat
Alliance:
RushClan
Rank:
Medicine Cat
Outer Beauty:
Body size - Waterlilly is about as big as a ten moon old cat. She can is a rather small she-cat. Her tail is the longest thing about her. Her tail is just about two time the length of her body. All of this hindered her from becoming a warrior but it helps her to be swift when healing a cat or gathering the neccisary herbs to heal any thing that pops up on her by accident, or purposfully.
Facial features - Waterlily's eyes can be very deep or icy when she needs them to be the most. Her eyes are the colour of both dark blue lilies or a very deep body of water. Either way they can be very mesmerizing when trained apon an unwilling cat. Some can be lured into her gaze but others are wary because they change from a bottomless warmth to a frosty bone-chiling-ice.
Her nose is a different stroy. Waterlily's nose would look better on a 3 moon old kit rather than she, but it holds a certain majesty about it that makes her seem, well cute. The colour of her nose is part of where she got her name from. Her nose is the exact same pink as some calla lilies.
There is nothing all to special about her ears. They are soft rounded and have a slight tuff to the tops of them. They can not of course be compared to her whiskers taht sprout from her muzzle and either side of the bridge of her nose. Her whiskers are extremelly long and a bright crips white that is visible even against her whiteish fur.
Fur - Her furs main colour is a soft creamy white that is often mistaken for a beige when she is in poor light. The colour suits her well especially with her eyes and her nose. But her fur colour is not a solid white. On the tips of her tail and ears are a soft orange colour. But on all four of her paws like little gloves are a dark golden brown. On her chest is a blotch of a slightly darker orange that that of her ears and tail.
Inner Beauty:
First impression - When she is first introduced to anyone she is shy yet she holds an sir about her that says 'you betray me and I will bite of your ear'. Although she is not actually that cruel that she would actually do that but something about the way she looks at you with her bone chiling eyes just screams that she doesn't want you to betray her. She may be small but she holds herself as if she has hurt many cats that dared cross her path and get in her way. She may be testy with you when she is just getting to know you. But this is just to try and hide the shyness that is obviously there when she first talks to you. It is hard to hide it is thickly layered in her voice when she speaks.
The 'real' Waterlily - Once you get past the icy shy cat that you first see when you meet Waterlily you will find a gentle compasstionate she-cat underneath. She is still a little bit shy but that just does not wear off even after she has known you for moons. Waterlily is totally dedicated into being a medicine cat. She will always find a way to ease your suffering if the first reaction didn't work. She usually comes up with a solution in the end. When she is working on healing someone she becomes the cat that you first see when you meet her. She becomes distant and only focused on her job that is set out in front of her. Her eyes are icy when she is like this but they do not chill you to the bone like before; no they give you a kind of confidence that you will have never had before.
Waterlily is also the type of cat that will never give up no matter the situation. Even if there are slim chances in her favour. She will always find a way to get through something even if a life or two is lost in the process. She gives it little thought when something like a deat happens. She knows that every cat has their time when they have to join StarClan. Some leave earlier than others. She knows this so she lives life as full as she can. Knowing that most days she could die at any moment.
Past:
Kit - Waterlily was born to two RushClan warriors ((NPC's)). But she was not the only one in her litter. She was born into a litter of four. She was of course the youngest but she was not quite the smallest of them. She has three brothers all of which look much like her but with more difference's. But one thing was the same about all four of the kits. There ability to get themselves into trouble.
When Waterlily was Waterkit she and her three brothers did a lot of wondering where they should not have wandered. They entered other clan territories or came too close to two-leg property. One time they had an accident that would be on their minds for the rest of their lives. It was nothing as bad as a death but it came close to it. The four of them were feeling abit daring so they purposley went on to two-leg territory. None of them suspected that a two-leg would spot them so they simple played with the many weird things that they kept on their land.
When they were about ready to leave so as to not make their parents mad that they were gone so long, one of the two-legs came out. It was a smaller two-leg which meant that it must have been younger. It of course spotted them and went for one of Waterkits brothers. She eventually found him and took him back to where she had came from. The three of them just stood in their hiding spot and stared at each other. Their brother had been taken by a two-leg, one single thought ran through all of their minds; who was going to tell their parents.
The three of them finally left and they each took turns telling the whole story, each one spinning the story wildly out of whack. Once they had told their parents the curled up in their den and promised with each other that they would never wander off on their own ever again.
Apprenticeship - Waterkit was excited for when she would finally become and apprentice. She even forgot the recent events that had happened with her brother. Which had merely happened two moons ago. She was literally bouncing up and down at the ceremonie. She couldn't wait to become Waterpaw, the medicine cat apprentice. Waterpaw had looked proudly at her parents when she had her name changed. She was happy that she would become a medicine cat.
She imediatley took onto the current medicine cat. She idolized her mentor. Whitepaw even had to admit that she liked her mentor better than her own parents. She never did much without her mentors permission. She was afraid that she would not be good enough. But she always was dedicated. She never disobeyed. Waterpaw had done a major change from when she was Waterkit.
It seemed as her time as medicine cat apprentice would never end, she did not mind she enjoyed being able to look up to someone. But of course this was short lived. Her time to become medicine cat had come after what felt like a single moon. But of course it had been more than that.
Becoming the Medicine cat to now - Waterpaw was not so excited after her mentor retired. It meant that she would have to look after the sick and the injured. She had started to have doubts in herself. But none the less she held her head high as she was given her new name; Waterlily. She was actually very happy to have made it to this point in her life. But she was nervous that she would screw up her duties somehow and let her clan down.
But of course no such thing happened. She proved herself worthy not jsut to her clan but to herself. She was gentle and focused. She healed the injured and she cares for the sick. She does not want anyone dieing if it can be stopped. Waterlily will never rest until she is old enough to retire. That will be when she is satisfied to pass the duty on to another willing cat.
