Welcome to the metropolis of Maxville. Looks like an ordinary town, right? Wrong. Dead wrong. Living in this city are the largest populations of superheroes and supervillains in the world. You could walk down the street and pass fifty heroes without ever knowing.
Floating somewhere above the city - the location changes as a precaution against those who might have "nefarious" plans - is a high school that teaches heroes between the ages of 14 and 18 to hone their skills, and trains them to be the next generation of superheroes. Along with the usual drama being a teenager brings, students here have to deal with the pressure of saving the world.
