Situation #1:
Dear Noob,
That is your opinion and frankly I don't see very good reasons behind it. Your opinions also don't really matter to us if you are going to act like a baby about telling them. Don't insult people, how would you feel if someone called you an inconsiderate, noobish bitch like I am now. At least my insult is based on facts so hopefully it will hurt you more unlike telling someone you have never met that they smell bad. I'm sorry that we can't all live attached to a computer, attending to your every need. Frankly, we ALL care that your cat can fly! What kind of idiot noob comes to a realistic site and makes a cat that has superhuman powers? We may not be completely realistic, but a talking animal is good enough for the rest of us. Sorry you are too in love with yourself to realize that. Maybe you should take a long walk off a short pier, no one here would give a crap if you did.

Situation #2:
Personally I'd be a little suspicious that it was some loser with too much time on their hands trying to find entertainment. For the benefit of the doubt I would handle this situation in the following way:
I'd first delete her posts to keep the site looking nice an non-noobish. Then of course I'd have to shoot her a pm.

I realize that you may be new to roleplaying on the internet. Don't worry! We were all newbies at one time or another, but I'm sorry to tell you that you may not have found the right site for you. I'm not trying to be mean, but here at Fear we would like to only have members that reach a certain literacy level. Your bio isn't what we are looking for, but i'm sure there is another Warriors site out there that would love to have you and help you build your skills. This is not going to be Fear though. :/ I've deleted your posts because of two reasons, first you need to have an accepted char before posting and you are doing something that we call powerplaying in them. That basically means that you are making yourself invincible and even deciding what other cats are doing because of your char. I know that you are a nice person and don't mean any harm by doing this, but I do want to help. This may not be the site for you, but if you need help looking for a Warriors site for beginners I'd be willing to help you. Then maybe when you mature as a writer and learn how roleplays work you can come back and join fear. We would really love for that to happen! (: Again I mean no offence to you and I'm not saying any of this to be mean.

[Sorry if you are looking for something longer, after writing Haunt's bio my muse is terrible. I tried to get my points across through what I said and would be happy to hear your suggestions. If you can give those for Staff Positions o.O]
